How can I support Business Studies at home?

How can I help with Business Studies at home?

  • To support students at home the first stop is Google classroom. Your student can show you where all the lessons and work set is. All lessons are uploaded prior to the lesson start, so if your student misses a lesson for any reason please help them catch up as they will have missed content and/or exam practice.
  • BBC Bitesize has great material for going over the course and the BBC website has a good section on business news that is good to keep abreast of.
  • Homework is set weekly and is to reinforce what they have learnt earlier in class. Please encourage your student to complete it.
  • When unit tests are due go through the presentations from lessons on that topic and ask the student questions on it.
